Credit Report Dispute Form
3-Bureau Credit Report Information
The 3-bureau report includes your complete information from all 3 US credit bureaus Equifax Credit Bureau, Experian Credit Bureau, & Trans Union Credit Bureau. A single-bureau credit report contains your information on file at one of those 3 credit bureaus. Although many national lending institutions report consumer credit information to all three, smaller banks and other credit grantors may report to only one-or even none. Therefore, your credit report from one credit bureau is not necessarily exactly the same as your credit report from another.Credit Bureau Report Dispute Information

What happens when I dispute information?
When you question information on your personal credit report and tell the credit bureau specifically why you believe the information is inaccurate or incomplete, the credit bureau will contact the source of the information directly by telephone, letter or through an automated verification system. The credit bureau will ask the source to check their records to verify all of the information regarding the item you questioned, and report back within 30 days of the date that the credit bureau received your request (21 days for Maine residents). Once the credit bureau receives their response, the credit bureau send you the results of the investigation. If the credit bureaus do not receive a response within 30 days (21 days for Maine residents), the credit bureau will update the item as you have requested or delete the information, and send you the results. When the credit bureau complete their investigation process, which may take up to 30 days, they'll send you the results.CREDIT BUREAU REPORT DISPUTE FORM
